I am a UX/Product Designer who brings a unique advantage to digital product teams: 20 years of software
project delivery and team leadership experience. Having spent two decades managing complex software
implementations, standardising delivery releases, and leading cross-functional teams, I understand how
digital products are built from the ground up.
This background, combined with an imaginative approach to problem-solving, allows me to think up fresh
ideas and conceptualize original designs from scratch. Rather than just following patterns, I love
bringing creative vision to life while keeping tech feasibility and agile milestones in alignment.
Why UX/UI?
Throughout my 20-year career delivering software systems, I repeatedly observed a frustrating pattern:
even the most robust, high-performing code fails to achieve business goals if the actual human experience
is confusing. I transitioned into UX/UI design to solve this problem at its root—shaping the product
strategy with imaginative concepts, defining clear user interactions, and establishing strong design
foundations before developer
execution starts.
